Zincold Tablet is a combination medication containing Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2mg), Paracetamol (500mg), and Phenylephrine (10mg), formulated for the symptomatic relief of common cold and associated conditions. Chlorpheniramine Maleate, an antihistamine, alleviates allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes by blocking histamine H1 receptors. Paracetamol serves as an analgesic and antipyretic, effectively reducing fever and relieving mild to moderate pain including headaches and body aches commonly experienced during upper respiratory tract infections.
