Domperidone, a peripheral dopamine D2 receptor antagonist, facilitates gastric motility and accelerates gastric emptying, thereby alleviating symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, bloating, and gastric discomfort. Rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system in the gastric parietal cells, providing symptomatic relief and promoting healing in acid-related conditions.
