Ownpan-L Capsule SR is a sustained-release formulation combining Levosulpiride 75 mg and Pantoprazole 40 mg, designed for the management of gastrointestinal disorders. Levosulpiride, a selective dopamine D2 receptor antagonist, exhibits prokinetic and antiemetic properties by enhancing gastric motility and accelerating gastric emptying, thereby alleviating symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, bloating, and dyspepsia. Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system in gastric parietal cells, providing effective acid suppression and promoting mucosal healing in acid-related conditions.
