Lidocaine, a local anesthetic, provides rapid onset of pain relief by blocking sodium channels in neuronal membranes, preventing nerve impulse conduction. The combination of these active ingredients in Orex-LO Gel offers both immediate and sustained relief from localized pain and inflammation. The gel base facilitates easy application and rapid absorption through the skin, ensuring targeted action with minimal systemic exposure. Orex-LO Gel is indicated for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
