Miracid Capsule SR is a delayed-release, controlled-release formulation designed to provide sustained relief from symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and dyspepsia. Each capsule contains a fixed-dose combination of 30mg domperidone, a dopamine receptor antagonist, and 20mg rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor. The unique SR (sustained-release) technology allows for a gradual release of the active ingredients over a prolonged period, providing a consistent and prolonged therapeutic effect. Miracid Capsule SR is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with GERD, including heartburn, regurgitation, and difficulty swallowing, as well as for the management of dyspepsia characterized by epigastric pain and discomfort.
