The product contains a fixed-dose combination of cefixime (400mg) and ofloxacin (400mg) in a sustained-release tablet formulation. Cefixime, a third-generation cephalosporin, inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, while ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone, inhibits DNA gyrase, thereby disrupting bacterial DNA replication.
