Ivazine 5 is indicated for patients with stable angina who are in sinus rhythm with a resting heart rate of at least 70 beats per minute and who are either intolerant to or inadequately controlled by beta-blockers. Additionally, it is prescribed as an adjunct therapy in chronic heart failure patients with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF ≤35%) who remain symptomatic despite optimal standard treatment and have a resting heart rate of ≥70 bpm.
