Ivamac 5 is indicated for patients with stable angina who are in sinus rhythm with a resting heart rate of at least 70 beats per minute and who are either intolerant to or inadequately controlled by beta-blockers. Additionally, it is prescribed for patients with chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction to reduce the risk of hospitalization due to worsening heart failure.
