It is indicated as an adjunctive therapy for patients with stable angina who are intolerant to or inadequately controlled by beta-blockers, or in combination with beta-blockers when heart rate control is insufficient. Additionally, Ivabradine is employed in the treatment of chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction in patients who remain symptomatic despite optimal standard therapy, including beta-blockers, when heart rate remains elevated above 70 beats per minute.
