Itraconazole, a triazole antifungal agent, inhibits ergosterol synthesis, compromising fungal cell membrane integrity and treating various dermatophytic and yeast infections. Clobetasol propionate, a potent corticosteroid, provides significant anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive actions, reducing erythema, swelling, and discomfort associated with inflammatory dermatoses.
