Cefpodoxime Proxetil acts by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to cell lysis and death. The prodrug form enhances oral bioavailability, ensuring effective systemic concentrations after administration. Hipod-PD Drop is formulated for pediatric use, providing an age-appropriate dosage form that facilitates accurate dosing and improved compliance.
