Levosulpiride, a selective dopamine D2 receptor antagonist, exhibits prokinetic and antiemetic properties by enhancing gastric motility and accelerating gastric emptying, thereby alleviating symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, bloating, and dyspepsia. Esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system at the secretory surface of gastric parietal cells, providing effective acid control and promoting mucosal healing.
