Levosulpiride, a selective dopamine D2 receptor antagonist, exerts prokinetic and antiemetic effects by enhancing gastric motility and accelerating gastric emptying, thereby alleviating symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, bloating, and abdominal discomfort.
