Levosulpiride, a selective dopamine D2 receptor antagonist, exhibits prokinetic and antiemetic properties by enhancing gastric motility and accelerating gastric emptying, thereby alleviating symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, bloating, and dyspepsia. Rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system in the gastric parietal cells, providing effective acid control and promoting mucosal healing. The sustained-release (SR) formulation ensures prolonged therapeutic plasma concentrations, improving patient compliance and symptom control. Enfro-LS Capsule SR is indicated for the management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), functional dyspepsia, gastritis, and other acid-related disorders where impaired motility and excessive acid secretion coexist.
