Zubcoxia P 60mg/325mg Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Etoricoxib 60mg and Paracetamol 325mg. Etoricoxib is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor that provides effective relief from pain and inflammation by reducing the production of prostaglandins involved in inflammatory processes. Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic agent, works centrally to alleviate pain and reduce fever. This combination is indicated for the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and acute gouty arthritis, as well as for relief of mild to moderate pain including dental pain, postoperative pain, and dysmenorrhea.
