Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by selectively inhibiting cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis responsible for pain and inflammation.
