Zerodol TH OD 200 mg/8 mg Capsule SR is a combination medication containing Aceclofenac 200 mg and Thiocolchicoside 8 mg, formulated to provide effective relief from pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that exerts its therapeutic effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant with anti-inflammatory properties that acts by selectively binding to GABA and glycine receptors, resulting in the relief of muscle spasms and stiffness.
