Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that acts by selectively blocking glycine receptors, thereby reducing muscle spasms and associated pain. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, leading to decreased prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol provides additional analgesic and antipyretic benefits through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.
