Zerodol-SP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac (100 mg), Paracetamol (325 mg), and Serratiopeptidase (15 mg). Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides effective relief from pain and inflammation by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, enhancing pain relief and reducing fever through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and promotes the resolution of edema and swelling, thereby improving tissue healing. This synergistic combination is indicated for the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and soft tissue injuries including sprains, strains, and postoperative inflammation. Zerodol-SP is effective in alleviating pain, reducing inflammation, and enhancing recovery by targeting multiple pathways involved in the inflammatory process.
