Zeldinac-SP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Diclofenac 50mg, Paracetamol 325mg, and Serratiopeptidase 10mg. Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, offering effective relief from mild to moderate pain and fever through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and promotes the resolution of edema and inflammation, enhancing tissue healing. The synergistic action of these three components makes Zeldinac-SP effective in managing acute musculoskeletal pain, postoperative pain, dental pain, and inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and soft tissue injuries. It is generally well-tolerated when used as directed; however, caution is advised in patients with gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, and hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or any component of the formulation.
