Zeldinac-P Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Diclofenac 50 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg. Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts its therapeutic effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic agent, provides additional pain relief and fever reduction through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. This synergistic formulation is indicated for the management of mild to moderate pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders, postoperative pain, dental pain, and inflammatory conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
