Zeero 100mg/325mg Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac 100mg and Paracetamol 325mg. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts its effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic agent, works primarily through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, providing effective relief from mild to moderate pain and fever. The synergistic action of these two active ingredients makes Zeero effective in managing musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other inflammatory conditions. It is also indicated for the relief of acute pain including dental pain, postoperative pain, and dysmenorrhea. Zeero should be used with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, liver or kidney impairment, and cardiovascular disease. It is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, or other NSAIDs.
