XTPara Proglet Tablet SR is a sustained-release formulation containing a total of 1000 mg of paracetamol, divided into 300 mg immediate-release and 700 mg sustained-release components, designed to provide effective and prolonged analgesic and antipyretic effects. Paracetamol, a widely used non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic agent, acts centrally to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis, thereby reducing pain and fever without significant anti-inflammatory activity.
