Xpain Plus 8 Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Thiocolchicoside (8mg), Aceclofenac (100mg), and Paracetamol (325mg). Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that acts on the central nervous system to relieve muscle spasms and associated pain. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol contributes additional analgesic and antipyretic properties, enhancing overall pain relief and fever reduction. This formulation is indicated for the management of musculoskeletal disorders such as acute low back pain, muscle strains, sprains, and other conditions involving muscle spasm and inflammation.
