Xircox SP Tablet is a combination medication containing Etoricoxib 60 mg and Serratiopeptidase 10 mg, formulated to provide effective relief from pain and inflammation associated with various musculoskeletal and inflammatory conditions. Etoricoxib, a selective COX-2 inhibitor, exerts its action by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase-2 enzyme, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for inflammation and pain.
