Xibmed P Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Etoricoxib 60 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg. Etoricoxib is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor that provides effective relief from pain and inflammation by reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins involved in inflammatory processes. Paracetamol, a widely used analgesic and antipyretic agent, complements Etoricoxib by exerting central analgesic effects and reducing fever.
