Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts its therapeutic effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for inflammation, pain, and fever. Thiocolchicoside, a muscle relaxant with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, acts by selectively binding to GABA and glycine receptors in the spinal cord, leading to muscle relaxation and relief from muscle spasms.
