Willace SP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac (100mg), Paracetamol (325mg), and Serratiopeptidase (15mg). Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that effectively reduces inflammation and pain by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes involved in prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic effects through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, complementing the anti-inflammatory action of Aceclofenac. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and promotes the resolution of edema and swelling, enhancing tissue healing.
