Methylcobalamin, an active form of vitamin B12, plays a crucial role in nerve regeneration and repair by promoting myelin sheath synthesis and enhancing neuronal function. Pregabalin, an anticonvulsant and analgesic agent, modulates calcium channel activity in the central nervous system, thereby reducing the release of excitatory neurotransmitters involved in pain transmission.
