WE-Sita M Tablet is a combination oral antidiabetic medication containing Sitagliptin 50 mg and Metformin 500 mg, indicated for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Sitagliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor that enhances the incretin system, increasing insulin release and decreasing glucagon levels in a glucose-dependent manner, thereby improving glycemic control.
