This disruption leads to increased membrane permeability and ultimately fungal cell death. Orkid-L Cream is primarily used for the management of tinea infections such as tinea corporis, tinea cruris, and tinea pedis, as well as candidal infections of the skin. The cream should be applied once daily to the affected area and surrounding skin after thorough cleansing and drying, typically for a duration of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the severity and site of infection. It is generally well tolerated, with minimal adverse effects; however, mild local irritation, burning, or itching may occasionally occur. Contraindications include hypersensitivity to Luliconazole or any excipients in the formulation.
