Orflam-P Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Nimesulide 100 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg. Nimesulide, a selective COX-2 inhibitor, provides effective relief from pain and inflammation by reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins, while Paracetamol offers analgesic and antipyretic effects through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. This dual-action formulation is indicated for the management of acute pain, musculoskeletal disorders, osteoarthritis, dental pain, and fever. Orflam-P is particularly beneficial in conditions where both inflammation and pain coexist, providing rapid symptomatic relief.
