Ordase-DP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Diclofenac 50mg, Paracetamol 325mg, and Serratiopeptidase 10mg. Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides effective relief from pain and inflammation by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol acts centrally to alleviate mild to moderate pain and reduce fever through its analgesic and antipyretic properties. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, enhances the anti-inflammatory effect by breaking down inflammatory mediators and promoting the resolution of edema and tissue repair. Ordase-DP is indicated for the management of acute musculoskeletal pain, postoperative pain, inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, and soft tissue injuries. The combined action of these three agents offers synergistic pain relief and inflammation control, improving patient comfort and mobility. It is recommended to be used under medical supervision, considering contraindications such as hypersensitivity to any component, active gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding disorders, or severe hepatic or renal impairment.
