Each tablet contains Nimesulide 100 mg, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgesic and antipyretic properties; Phenylephrine 10 mg, a selective alpha-1 adrenergic receptor agonist that acts as a nasal decongestant by constricting blood vessels in the nasal mucosa; Cetirizine 5 mg, a second-generation antihistamine that alleviates allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and itching by blocking peripheral H1 receptors; and Caffeine 30 mg, a central nervous system stimulant that helps reduce fatigue and enhances the analgesic effect of Nimesulide. Omit-Cold Tablet is indicated for symptomatic management of fever, headache, nasal congestion, sneezing, and other discomforts associated with viral upper respiratory infections and allergic conditions.
