Nucoxia 90 Tablet contains Etoricoxib 90 mg, a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor used primarily for the management of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and acute gouty arthritis. By selectively inhibiting the COX-2 enzyme, Nucoxia 90 reduces the synthesis of prostaglandins involved in inflammation and pain, thereby providing effective symptomatic relief while minimizing gastrointestinal side effects commonly associated with non-selective nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). This medication is indicated for patients requiring long-term anti-inflammatory therapy or short-term management of acute musculoskeletal pain. Nucoxia 90 should be used at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals.
