Nausiloc Oral Drops is a pharmaceutical preparation containing the active ingredient Ondansetron (2mg). Indicated for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting associated with highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy, and postoperative nausea and vomiting. It also provides relief from nausea and vomiting induced by radiation therapy or vasopressin-induced hyponatremia. Notably, Ondansetron functions as a selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist, thereby inhibiting the action of serotonin, a key mediator in chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
