Mycobloc Soap is a specialized antifungal hygiene product containing 2% w/w Ketoconazole. Indicated for the treatment of various dermatophytosis and tinea infections, including tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, and tinea versicolor. Ketoconazole, an imidazole antifungal, inhibits fungal cytochrome P450-dependent lanosterol 14α-demethylase, thus disrupting the fungal cell membrane and eradicating the pathogen.
