Mosoft F Cream is a combination topical corticosteroid and antifungal preparation indicated for the treatment of inflammatory and pruritic skin conditions, including eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis. The cream contains mometasone, a potent corticosteroid, at a concentration of 0.1% w/w, and fusidic acid, a broad-spectrum antifungal agent, at a concentration of 2% w/w. The combination of these two active ingredients provides a synergistic effect in the treatment of skin conditions characterized by inflammation, pruritus, and fungal infections. The cream is applied topically to the affected area, typically two to three times daily, and should be continued for a period of two to four weeks, or until the condition is adequately controlled. Mosoft F Cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, and caution should be exercised in patients with a history of skin infections, compromised immune function, or concurrent use of immunosuppressive therapy.
