Momesonic Cream is a topical corticosteroid preparation intended for the relief of inflammation and itching associated with various skin conditions. The product contains mometasone, a potent and selective corticosteroid, at a concentration of 0.1% w/w. This cream is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses, including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and contact dermatitis. The cream is also effective in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis, stasis dermatitis, and discoid lupus erythematosus. Momesonic Cream is applied topically to the affected area one to three times daily, depending on the severity of the condition. The cream should be used in the smallest amount necessary to achieve the desired therapeutic effect. Adverse reactions, such as skin irritation, may occur, and patients should be advised to discontinue use if such reactions persist or worsen.
