Mirumigest Tablet is a hormone regulator medication containing dienogest, a progestogen, in a dosage of 2mg per tablet. It is indicated for the treatment of dysmenorrhoea and for the relief of symptoms associated with primary dysmenorrhoea, including pain, cramps, and heavy menstrual bleeding. The product works by regulating the levels of hormones involved in the menstrual cycle, thereby alleviating the symptoms associated with primary dysmenorrhoea. In clinical trials, Mirumigest Tablet has been shown to be effective in reducing the severity and duration of menstrual cramps, as well as the amount of bleeding experienced during menses. The recommended dosage is one tablet to be taken orally once daily, starting on the first day of menstruation and continuing for up to 3 cycles. Mirumigest Tablet is contraindicated in women with a history of endometrial hyperplasia, undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding, or breast cancer, among other conditions. As with any medication, Mirumigest Tablet may cause adverse effects, including headache, nausea, and dizziness, although these are generally mild and temporary.
