Mirago S 25 Tablet ER is a once-daily, extended-release combination product containing mirabegron 25mg and solifenacin 5mg. This medication is indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) with symptoms of urinary frequency, urgency, and incontinence. Mirabegron, an agonist of the beta3-adrenergic receptor, relaxes the detrusor muscle, thereby reducing muscle contractions and increasing bladder capacity. Solifenacin, a selective muscarinic receptor antagonist, blocks the action of acetylcholine on the bladder smooth muscle, thereby decreasing muscle contraction and spasm. The combination of these two agents provides a synergistic effect in reducing OAB symptoms. Mirago S 25 Tablet ER is taken orally once daily, with or without food, and should be taken consistently to achieve optimal efficacy. Common adverse reactions include headache, urinary retention, and constipation. The most common serious adverse reaction is urinary retention. As with all medications, Mirago S 25 Tablet ER should be used with caution in patients with certain medical conditions, such as urinary retention, and in those taking concomitant medications that may interact with the product's components.
