Minoz-BPO Gel is a topical medication containing a combination of adapalene 0.1% w/w and benzoyl peroxide 2.5% w/w. This gel is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris, non-inflammatory and inflammatory, and comedonal acne. The adapalene component helps to reduce the formation of new acne lesions, while the benzoyl peroxide component is effective in killing P. acnes bacteria, which are a common cause of acne. The combination of these two active ingredients provides a synergistic effect, allowing for enhanced efficacy in the treatment of acne. The gel is applied topically to the affected area once or twice daily, depending on the severity of the acne, and should be used in conjunction with good skin care practices, such as gentle cleansing and moisturizing. Patients should be advised to use the product for the full treatment period, even if significant improvement is seen before that time.
