Luliconazole belongs to the imidazole class of antifungals and exerts its effect by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes, thereby disrupting membrane integrity and leading to fungal cell death. Lulifresh Cream is effective against a broad spectrum of dermatophytes such as Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton mentagrophytes, as well as Candida species. It is typically applied once daily to the affected area and surrounding skin after cleansing and drying, ensuring adequate coverage to optimize therapeutic outcomes. The cream is generally well tolerated, with minimal adverse effects; however, mild local irritation, burning sensation, or erythema may occasionally occur. Lulifresh Cream should be used as directed by a healthcare professional, and treatment duration may vary depending on the severity and type of infection, commonly ranging from one to two weeks. Patients are advised to avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes and to discontinue use if hypersensitivity reactions develop. This medication is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to Luliconazole or any of the cream’s excipients.
