Letoval Tablet contains Letrozole 2.5 mg, a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor used primarily in the treatment of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer in postmenopausal women. By inhibiting the enzyme aromatase, Letrozole reduces the peripheral conversion of androgens to estrogens, thereby lowering circulating estrogen levels which can stimulate the growth of certain types of breast tumors.
