About This Medicine
Product description & overview
Lenzil D Tablet is a combination pharmaceutical formulation containing Trypsin (48 mg), Bromelain (90 mg), Rutoside (100 mg), and Diclofenac (50 mg), designed for the management of inflammatory conditions and associated pain. Trypsin and Bromelain are proteolytic enzymes that facilitate the breakdown of proteins involved in inflammatory processes, thereby promoting the reduction of edema and accelerating tissue repair. Rutoside, a bioflavonoid, exhibits antioxidant properties and strengthens capillary walls, contributing to decreased vascular permeability and enhanced microcirculation. Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, leading to decreased synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. The synergistic action of these components makes Lenzil D effective in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, postoperative inflammation, and soft tissue injuries. It is indicated for conditions such as sprains, strains, arthritis, and other inflammatory disorders where pain relief and reduction of swelling are desired. Lenzil D Tablet should be used under medical supervision, considering contraindications such as hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, gastrointestinal ulcers, and bleeding disorders. Regular monitoring is recommended to assess therapeutic response and minimize potential adverse effects.
