Hydroquinone acts as a skin-lightening agent by inhibiting tyrosinase, thereby reducing melanin synthesis. Mometasone Furoate, a potent corticosteroid, provides anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects, helping to reduce erythema, swelling, and irritation associated with pigmentary conditions. Tretinoin, a retinoid, promotes epidermal cell turnover and enhances the penetration of hydroquinone, facilitating the removal of pigmented keratinocytes and improving skin texture.
