Kaynac-Plus Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac 100 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts its therapeutic effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for inflammation, pain, and fever. Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic agent, acts centrally to alleviate pain and reduce fever, complementing the anti-inflammatory action of Aceclofenac. Kaynac-Plus is indicated for the management of mild to moderate pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and soft tissue injuries. It is also effective in postoperative pain and dental pain relief. The combination provides enhanced analgesic efficacy with a potentially lower risk of gastrointestinal side effects compared to higher doses of NSAIDs alone. Kaynac-Plus should be used with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, renal or hepatic impairment, and cardiovascular disorders. It is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, or other NSAIDs. Dosage and duration of therapy should be individualized based on clinical response and tolerability, under medical supervision.
