Paracetamol provides additional analgesic and antipyretic benefits through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, enhancing pain relief and fever reduction. Chlorzoxazone acts as a centrally acting muscle relaxant that alleviates muscle spasms and associated discomfort by depressing polysynaptic reflexes in the spinal cord. Kardinac-MR is indicated for the management of musculoskeletal conditions such as strains, sprains, back pain, and other painful muscle spasms where inflammation and muscle stiffness coexist.
