Etizolam, a thienodiazepine derivative, exhibits anxiolytic, sedative, and muscle-relaxant properties by modulating the gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptor complex, thereby producing a calming effect on the central nervous system. Escitalopram Oxalate, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), increases serotonin levels in the brain by inhibiting its reabsorption into presynaptic cells, which helps alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. The combined action of these agents provides symptomatic relief in patients with generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and major depressive disorder, enhancing mood and reducing anxiety. Kami Tablet should be used under medical supervision, with dosage tailored to individual patient needs.
