Kamdol-SP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Diclofenac 50 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, and Serratiopeptidase 10 mg. Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol acts centrally to alleviate pain and reduce fever through inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and promotes the resolution of edema and inflammation. Kamdol-SP is indicated for the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, postoperative pain, inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, and soft tissue injuries.
